We approach every problem with a learner’s mindset — diving deep into new policy landscapes, industries, and ideas to find solutions. Our curiosity drives us to stay informed, innovative and thoughtful in solving problems. We dive deeply into research and ask challenging questions to uncover the root-causes behind real world problems. 

Our work is rooted in teamwork, both within our student-led case teams and in partnership with clients. By combining diverse perspectives and academic disciplines, we produce solutions that are not only creative but well-rounded and tangible. We believe meaningful progress happens when our members work together. 

We center equity in both the projects we take on and the recommendations we deliver — ensuring that our strategies are not just effective, but inclusive and just. We recognize that policies and business strategies affect people differently and we approach each engagement with close attention to systemic inequality. We design solutions that are accessible and sustainable. 

We are a space for students to learn by doing. We invest in mentorship, training, and skill-building to help our members grow as researchers, thinkers, and future leaders. We foster a culture of feedback and continous self-improvement. Growth for us means that each semester our members leave each semester more capable, confident and aware than before. 

We take our work seriously. Every project is an opportunity to create change — whether it's shaping clean energy policy, supporting civic engagement, or helping nonprofits expand reach. Our goal is to empower organizations to do more good and inspire our members to continue creating impact long after they finish their projects.
