Our Case Teams

Our Case Team Leads each oversee a dedicated consulting engagement throughout the duration of RSG’s partnership with a client. They work closely with client stakeholders to scope problems, guide analytical work, and translate complex policy questions into actionable recommendations.

Each Case Team Lead manages a small team of analysts who collaborate throughout the semester on a single client case. Teams follow a structured consulting process that ensures consistent, high-quality work for every client.
